New Client Walkthrough Policy

For all first-time cleanings, new clients are required to be available for a final walkthrough with the cleaner upon completion of the service.

  • If the client chooses to leave during the cleaning, the cleaner will send a message 30 minutes before completion to notify the client to return for the walkthrough.

  • If the client has not arrived within this 30-minute window, the cleaner will attempt to contact them.

  • If the client requests the cleaner to wait beyond 5 minutes past the scheduled completion time, a $10 waiting fee will be added to the service.

  • Alternatively, the client may choose to waive the walkthrough. By waiving the walkthrough, the client forfeits their right to request touch-up cleaning or a refund if unsatisfied with the service.

This policy applies only to the first cleaning for new clients to ensure satisfaction and clear communication regarding expectations.

Client-Supplied Cleaning Products Policy

We are happy to accommodate clients who prefer that our cleaners use their personal cleaning supplies. However, the following conditions apply:

  • The request to use client-supplied cleaning products must be made at the time of booking.

  • The client must sign a waiver releasing our company from any liability for damages related to the use of their homemade (non-manufacturer labeled) products and provide a comprehensive list of all chemicals and supplies provided.

  • Some cleaning tasks may require stronger chemicals than the client is willing to allow in their home. If this situation arises, the cleaner will discuss the concern with the client to find a suitable solution. There is no guarantee for a solution, however we do our best to present all options and come to resolution.

  • If the client requests we use their supplies, they waive the right to a refund is they are unsatisfied with the cleaning.

This policy ensures clarity and protects both parties while maintaining our commitment to high-quality service.
