  • General areas:

    • Dust and wipe down all surfaces

    • Vacuum carpets and rugs

    • Sweep/Mop hard floors

    • Clean mirrors and glass surfaces

    • Empty all trash bins, replace liners if provided

    Living Room:

    • Dust and clean all furniture

    • Vacuum upholstery if needed

    • Tidy and organize any minimal clutter

    • Dust TV screen and other electronics

    Bedrooms:

    • Make beds and change linens (if linens provided)

    • Dust and wipe down all surfaces

    • Vacuum carpets, Sweep, and mop floors

    • Tidy and organize minimal clutter

    Kitchen:

    • Wipe down countertops and backsplash

    • Clean exterior of appliances

    • Clean sink and faucets

    • Empty trash bins, replace liners if provided

    • Sweep and mop floor

    Bathrooms:

    • Clean and disinfect sinks, toilets, and countertops

    • Wipe down mirrors and glass surfaces

    • Clean and disinfect shower/tub

    • Sweep and mop floor

    Final Touches:

    • Ensure all lights are off

    • Check all windows and doors are locked

    • Take out trash

  • General Areas:

    • Dust ceiling fans, light fixtures, and vents

    • Clean baseboards, trim, and door frames

    • Wash windows (interior)

    • Polish all wooden furniture and surfaces

    Living Room:

    • Clean behind and underneath furniture as best as possible (will not move furniture)

    • Vacuum and clean floors thoroughly

    • Dust and clean decorative items and picture frames

    • Wipe down and sanitize remote controls, electronics, and high-touch surfaces

    Bedrooms:

    • Change bedding if provided

    • Clean behind and underneath furniture as best as possible (will not move furniture)

    • Dust and wipe down all surfaces, including light fixtures and ceiling fans

    Kitchen:

    • Clean inside and out of oven and microwave

    • Degrease and clean stove hoods and filter

    • Clean and sanitize the sink

    • Sweep and mop floors, paying attention to grout and corners

    Bathrooms:

    • Deep clean and disinfect the shower/tub, including grout and tiles

    • Clean and polish chrome fixtures

    • Wash and sanitize bathroom walls and doors

    • Sweep and mop floors, ensuring thorough disinfection

  • Home must be empty of furniture and free of large trash.

    • Dust all surfaces, including shelves, light fixtures, and vents

    • Clean and wash baseboards, door frames, and switch plates

    • Wash and clean window sills and tracks

    • Vacuum and clean all floor, including corners and hard-to-reach areas

    Living Room:

    • Clean and disinfect all surfaces

    • Vacuum carpet and clean hard floors

    • Wipe down walls and remove any scuff marks

    Bedrooms:

    • Dust and clean all surfaces, including inside closets

    • Clean windows and window sills

    • Vacuum carpets and sweep/mop floors

    Kitchen:

    • Clean and disinfect all countertops and backsplashes

    • Clean inside and out of all appliances (e.g. oven, microwave, fridge)

    • Empty clean, and sanitize cabinets and drawers

    • Clean sink and faucets thoroughly

    • Sweep and mop floors

    Bathrooms:

    • Clean and disinfect toilets, sink, and countertops

    • Deep clean and sanitize the shower/tub, including tiles and grout

    • Clean sink and faucet

    • Sweep and mop floors

    Final Steps:

    • Preform a final walk through and ensure all tasks are completed

    • Ensure all windows closed, lights are off, and doors are locked

    • Leave any necessary documentation or notes for the new tenants
