Maintenance Clean Checklist
Dust and wipe all reachable surfaces (tables, shelves, windowsills, countertops)
Vacuum carpets and rugs)
Sweep and mop hard floors
Clean mirrors and interior glass surfaces
Empty all trash bins and replace liners (if extras are available on-site)
Make beds or change linens (only if add-on selected and clean set is provided)
Dust all surfaces (nightstands, dressers, headboards)
Vacuum carpets or sweep/mop hard flooring
Light tidying of visible items
Dust and wipe down all furniture (coffee tables, shelves, TV stands)
Vacuum upholstered furniture as applicable (sofas, armchairs)
Light tidying of visible clutter
Wipe TV screen and dust electronics (no internal cleaning)
Wipe countertops and backsplash
Clean exterior of appliances (fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher)
Clean sink and polish faucet
Empty and clean trash bin
Sweep and mop floors thoroughly
Clean and disinfect sinks, countertops, toilets, and tub/shower
Wipe mirrors and glass surfaces
Sweep and mop hard floors
Refill toiletries and paper (if provided by client)
Turn off all lights (unless instructed otherwise)
Ensure windows and doors are locked
Take out all trash to designated area
Services NOT Included in Standard Maintenance Cleaning
- Inside oven, fridges, microwaves, or other appliances
- Wall washing or stain removal
- Interior or exterior window cleaning
- Dishes or Laundry
- Detailed grout scrubbing or restoration
- Upholstery or Carpet Steam Cleaning (unless added)
- Heavy lifting or moving furniture/appliances
- Exterior trash or outdoor areas
- Baseboards or Blind cleaning (unless added)
- HVAC or duct cleaning
- Curtain or drapery cleaning
- Detailed personal organization of drawers, closets, or cabinets
- Excessive pet hair or odor cleanup
- Post-event or move-in/out cleaning
- Excessive buildup requiring restoration-level work
- Power washing or exterior cleaning
- Trash or debris hauling

Clean Time Disclaimer (Maintenance Clean)
Estimated duration per square footage (1 cleaner):
- 0-500 sq ft: 1 hr
- 501-1,000 sq ft: 2 hrs
- 1,001–1,500 sq ft: 3 hrs
- 1,501–2,000 sq ft: 4 hrs
- 2,001–2,500 sq ft: 5 hrs
- 2,501–3,000 sq ft: 6 hrs
- 3,001–3,500 sq ft: 7 hrs
- 3,501–4,000 sq ft: 8 hrs
- 4,000-4,500 sq ft: 9 hrs
- 4,501-5,000 sq ft: 10 hrs
- All time estimates are for one cleaner and split evenly if more cleaners are assigned. Jobs over 7 hours include two cleaners; 14+ hours include three. Most services finish within the allotted time. Add-ons and heavy buildup or unique conditions may require extra time, which will be communicated and approved before proceeding.
